As Bid Customer Representative you are the direct contact person for all transactional customer wishes in our daily business. You are responsible for all customer requests and customer orders.

Main tasks:

· Managing customer contacts and corresponding portfolios.

· Processing of customer orders and RFQ with the aim to fulfill the customer needs as soon as possible.

· Preparation of reports for the management; taking into consideration all aspects, such as e.g. open Payments, open offers without order, customer satisfaction.

· You solely work within the transactional business (Spares and CRO)

· Manage existing customer portfolios according to Customer Service

· Take responsibility for the interface between customer and MS / BT and manage it proactively.

· Processing of requests for quotations by customers with MS IT tools

· Tracking, coordination and processing of requests for quotations by customers with the support of all internal departments (Engineering, Production, Project Management)

· Answering requests for offers from customers (RfQ) through TRBU - Transactional Buyer Input or feedback.

· Processing of customer orders with the help of MS IS tools

· Proactive tracking and processing of customer orders with the help of all internal positions and taking responsibility for promises.

· Taking responsibility for ensuring that as far as possible all conditions (delivery times, quality, etc.) of customer orders are met with the help of all internal departments and that solutions to problems are found proactively.

· Negotiations with customers and Head of Customer Services in case of delays.

· Continuous updating of the MS IS tools in order to ensure the exact order status recording (newly agreed delivery dates, specific order management).

· Forwarding of all delivery and customer order data to Finance to enable the creation of invoices.

· Ensure that all specific customer inquiries receive timely responses by involving all internal departments.

· Creation of reports for the management about outstanding payments, outstanding offers without incoming orders, customer satisfaction.

· Collect current Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and prepare related reports for management.


· Interdisciplinary tasks that require a completed university education or a completed subject-specific at least two-year technical college training as well as several years of subject-specific professional experience or a completed subject-specific at least three-year professional training and many years of professional experience as well as specialist and special knowledge.

· very good SAP knowledge
