PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for product concept and design and act as a technical lead in the project, as well as manage the product development and solution validation in line with the product concept requirements and the project specific requirements.

YOUR TASKS

Act as a Technical Leader: The Technical Leader maintain the portfolio of subsystems/components and its roadmap within his/her portfolio to ensure the maximum re-use of standard subsystem building blocks consistent with the technical requirements and market needs.

Act as a Product Owner (“product owner” within the Scrum framework, or “backlog manager” in other agile documents) is the role assumed by the person who is “responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the development team”

To analyse and transform specified requirements, leveraging the defined platform and available components into an acceptable architecture which has the required safety integrity level and validates the architecture against requirements and assumptions.

Manage the functional and technical interface between Vehicle Engineering and TCMS (Train Control & Management System) Engineering according to the vehicle engineering process and provides a single point of contact in expertise for all functional and technical topics of subsystem TCMS, working in the multidisciplinary project team

Qualifications

•10 to 15 years or more experience on technical leadership or in lead engineering positions

•Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within your technical competency area

•Proven technical domain expertise recognized within the industry

•3 to 5 years or more experiences on software engineering, subsystem engineering or on validation
