Bombardier’s Product Engine Rolling Stock (PRS) Group brings together the Product Development teams of all rolling stock products (Mainline, Metro, Light Rail Vehicles, Locomotives, Automated People Movers and Monorail systems) and Engineering.

We are looking to recruit a Requirements Management Engineer (M/F) for our Center of Expertise Requirements Management (Global function) team located in Hennigsdorf, DE

Your role
As part of the Global Engineering organization in charge of Product development and performance on a project or platform, you will be full time dedicated to support both the Centre of Expertise as well as the process owners of Requirements Management in the following tasks:

Key responsibilities
• Management of the RM process in every aspect related to harmonization and improvement of process, methodology and templates, to cover both off cycle and on cycle phases of product development;
• Close collaboration with Project Commercial Management to ensure lean management of contracts obligations;
• Become an active enabler of the capability improvement of the PRS community and standardisation of our Products;
• Drive globally the application of the RM process, methodology and culture globally in the organization, from the off cycle and through to the end of the contract, and being focal point of lessons learned and best practices;
• Active member of the standardisation and transformation of the business in close collaboration with Product Development and commercial management.


• Engineering degree
• Solid experience with requirements traceability tools and methodologies
• Design and delivery of process definition and continuous improvement initiatives
• Comfortable working and building relationships in a global remote environment
