Bombardier are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist for its London Biggin Hill Airport, United Kingdom facility.

The London Service Centre will join an award-winning Network of wholly owned Bombardier Business Aircraft Service Centres.

In your role, you will:

- You will be experienced with contracts and engaging with suppliers of different types.

- To ensure indirect purchasing are purchased to achieve maximum value and delivery within agreed timeframes.

- You will have a superb eye for detail and be able to go over the legal aspects to manage risk.

- To review new and existing contracts and identify cost or service improvement opportunities

- To negotiate with new, existing and the Companies key supplier base

- To accurately track and report spend data.

- To advise and comply with the company’s internal approval process for the businesses blanket spend.

- To prepare and draft tender documents for indirect procurement.

- To work closely with the internal procurement team to handle the day to day procurement function.

- Creation and maintaining of robust contracts

- Ensure standards of time, cost and especially quality are met

- Day to day procurement functions

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You will have Procurement experience spanning both directs and indirect

- You will have experience of manufacturing/aviation contracts and parts

- You will have experience of setting up greenfield procurement sites.

- You will be experienced in indirect sourcing for a range of categories i.e. Facilities, IT, professional services

- Experience in negotiating and Supplier Management.

- To be able to work autonomously as well as work with and influence stakeholders across the business

- You will ideally be degree or CIPS qualified (Desirable)
