Bombardier Aerospace is seeking Interns within the Capacity Planning and Planning Departments for its expanding Service Centre located at the London Biggin Hill Airport, United Kingdom.

The London Service Centre is a part of an award winning Network of wholly-owned Bombardier Business Aircraft Service Centres; as well as a line maintenance station in Luton, Nice, Linz, Milan and Paris. (is this just a list of line stations or ones under the BQH approval?)

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Planning and Capacity Planning Intern is responsible for helping the Capacity Planner and Work Planners with ensuring that they assist were required with the day to day work planning and capacity planning workloads.

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and will be highly organised, with excellent time management skills. You will have the ability to work to deadlines and have a drive to learn new things. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

In your role, you will,

- Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties.

- Assist the Capacity Planner or Work Planners on a daily basis.
- Create reports for Management
- Working with internal departments to ensure data is gathered as required by the Capacity Planner and Work Planners.
- Helping to disseminate necessary information out to the relevant departments.


As our ideal candidate,

- You have basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Able to work Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or have recently graduated
- You have strong verbal & written communication skills
- You have organizational skills: ability to prioritize and work independently, meet deadlines, multitask and balance various assignments
- You have interpersonal skills: work in team of dynamic individuals, ability to remain professional through stressful situations
- You have excellent customer service skills
