In your role, you will:

- Coach, support and supervise the development of direct reports

- Manage customers escalations & expectations

- Motivate and support team members in their daily concerns and resolve customers' issues requiring escalations

- Respond to customers’ concerns. Promote and nurture facility and customer relationships

- Improves processes to increase the efficiency of the operation

- Formulate customer feedback, and communicates new concepts regarding procedures, improvements, processes and information to insure customer satisfaction index goals are met

- Monitor KPI’s to insure targets are met

- Ability to monitor and proactively address negative trends

- Manage the PMP process of the employees

- Hold staff meetings, monitor attendance, departmental staff performance, prepare and conduct evaluations and finally, recommend personnel action as per company policy for assigned staff

- Lead by example and drive towards operational excellence

- Ability to cultivate relationships with other business partners and interface with other departments, customers and vendors


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Commerce and/or minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Customer Service Role

- You are fluent in French and English spoken and written (other languages are an asset).

- You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite applications, proficient in Excel and MS Access.

- You have good knowledge and experience in using SAP (SD-Sales & Distribution, MM-Material Management), Commit and Zendesk

- You are available to work on 12hrs shifts (day/night and weekends) if required

- You have the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
