In your role, you will:

Record and maintain contracts in central repository. Document governance structure and face-off model.

Analyze contracts terms and conditions and create obligations tracker. Prepare and partly conduct contract educations sessions.

Organize contract performance reviews and track obligations fulfillment in central repository.

Coordinate/document corrective actions. Coordinate commercial audits.

Negotiate contract changes, renewals, claims or terminations. Track related actions.

Perform Contract Management reporting.

Lead the commercial relationship with the suppliers and to ensure that all supplier services and obligations are delivered according to the contract.

Manage the overall supplier relationship. Establish adequate governance structures on a global space. Validate continuously supplier performance of contracted services and obligations

Address structural and process issues in the collaboration with the supplier.

Review supplier strategy and ensure strategic alignment with the GCLs and Bombardier overall.

Perform executive review meetings with IGS Leadership team and executive account management.

Act as the single contact towards the suppliers for all commercial aspects.

Collaborate with Legal and Finance in case of disputes

Monitor fulfilment of Bombardier obligations and invoice payment status and take corrective actions in case of discrepancies.

Review regularly status of Bombardiers project or service obligations and trigger actions, if necessary negotiate claims

Perform regular service and price benchmarks to identify cost reduction opportunities. Report on audit and benchmark results to PBPs and IGS leadership team


As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Business Law, IT and/or have extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain;
- You have a minimum of five (8) years of relevant experience IT contract management/ IT procurement (an asset)
- You have experience with managing IT outsourcing contracts
- You have solid IT knowledge related to Application, Infrastructure, Workplace and Networking services
- You have experience within a global sourcing environment and with Service Integration Interfaces
- You understand legal terminology; ability to draft clauses would be considered (asset);
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
- You have strong language skills in French and in English, written and spoken.
- You demonstrate strong communication abilities,
- You are results oriented, analytical, innovative and a team player;
