In your role, you will:

- Build strategy for, inform and develop innovative, cutting edge diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive and inspiring workplace.

- Drive a deeper understanding and knowledge of diversity and inclusion concepts and the application of best practices through education, business consultation, strategic partnerships, diverse talent pipeline and leadership development.

- Drive the Diversity & Inclusion committee, responsible for the design and execution of the D&I strategy

- Working closely with various HR and organizational leaders, you will help shape the development of robust and integrated talent management, performance enhancement, and learning and development practices

- You will work across the enterprise to design and implement key initiatives critical to the HR strategic plan, as well as work with internal partners to identify business needs and design appropriate programs and solutions.

- You will be leading or collaborating on critical programs linked to engagement, employee and leadership development, performance enhancement, talent & succession planning, workforce planning, as well as other related initiatives.

- Conduct benchmarking activities around talent management and diversity and inclusion activities

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have at least 8-10 years of talent management or diversity and inclusion experience

- You have a Bachelor
or Master degree in HR, management, Communications or other related fields

- You are a high performer, adept at building productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders.

- You have strong project and change management skills

- You have strong diagnostic and consulting capability, utilizing systems thinking and action research methodology throughout.

- You have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.

- You are an excellent facilitator, with strong bilingual communication skills

- You thrive on accountability and managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
