In your role, you will:

- Manage projects and activities related to major milestones for the Global 7500 platform

- Coordinate change management activities through the Bombardier processes (DCP/PCR)
- Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects
- Track adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule and budget
- Manage priorities between projects, and the communication and harmonization of these priorities
- Coordinate formal document release (Drawings, ModSums, Compliance Documents, Service Bulletins etc.)
- Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation and forecasting
- Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization and complete the project management deliverables as assigned
- Perform risk review and support risk mitigation plan creation
- Represent the Aircraft Design and Development group at various inter-departmental meetings
- Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team cross-functional reviews as necessary
- Coordinate multi-site activities as necessary


As our ideal candidate,

- You have an Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent working experience, with 8 years+ experience in aerospace

- You are familiar with Program/Project Management processes
- You have sound aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience (essential)
- You are familiar with Flight test, Avionics and Systems development (asset)
- You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills (essential)
- You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
- You have a pro-active attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities
- You are self-motivated, autonomous and enthusiastic
- You demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment
- You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets
- You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.
