In your role, you will:

- Be part of the Customer Experience team in the role of Corporate Concierge. You will share responsibilities related to ensuring that our clients have an exceptional experience during their visit (support, food & beverage service, facility, etc).
- Work side-by-side with various customer relations team members to understand and define individual client needs and requirements in order to tailor a customized experience for each one of our clients.
- Be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, KPIs and other office-related tasks.
- Be responsible for, but not limited to: ensuring the customer area is maintained, provide customer support, daily customer calendar, gift inventory maintenance, budget tracking, event planning, coordinating aircraft delivery ceremonies, restaurant/entertainment & hotel reservations, transportation, coordinating private aircraft arrivals on our tarmac. You will also be responsible to ensure the required internal personnel is present during customer visits with a briefing of the customer profile.


As our ideal candidate,

- You have 5 years minimum in Hotel / Hospitality & Customer Service experience.
- You have excellent English communication skills (verbal & written), French and other languages would be an asset.
- You will be expected to be a team player with innovative problem-solving skills.
- You can handle pressure situations with ease.
- You have excellent organizational and planning skills, can set priorities in order to achieve important milestones.
- You have strong customer-orientation and interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
