In your role, you will:

- Participate in developing an overall AHMS portfolio for all Bombardier Business Aircraft
Become the reference for AHMS data management, flight data analysis and In-service fleet data trending

Provide deep technical knowledge on data mining, regression analysis, statistical inference and causal modeling

Designing fault tree analysis and failure mode and effects analysis on specific reported issues

Own and lead initiatives in which you will develop new AHMS capabilities, in collaboration with Engineering, Customer Support Operations, Digital, suppliers and service providers

Be part of one team that will deploy a full software stack in cloud environments

Design and implement API layers with appropriate security mechanisms for data ingest and consumption

Establish internal data quality processes and audit


As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Be familiar with AWS services and open-source data analytics tools
- Above average expertise in any programming language- Java, C#, Ruby, Python
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technical engineering field (preferably in aerospace)
Experience with analyzing aircraft systems using Flight Data Recorder data (definite asset)

Hands on with Shell scripting

Experience migrating on-premise services to a Cloud environment (nice to have)

Familiar with at least one BI tool (PowerBI, Microstrategy, Tableau, Quicksight)

- Strong understanding and familiarity with the fundamentals of large dataset management
- You have strong oral and written English communications skills and functional French communication skills are desired.
