In your role, you will:

- Lead the team that develops and executes ethics & compliance training and communication strategies and thus substantially supports our goal of implementing a world-class ethics and compliance management system;

- Raise large-scale awareness around ethics and compliance and increase employees trust and understanding in Bombardier’s ethics and compliance processes and systems to ensure sustainability of the program;
- Help position the Ethics and Compliance office as a trusted partner for the global organisation;
- Regularly assess, update and further develop the global training and communication strategy according to Bombardier’s risk profile and regulatory requirements;
- Proactively identify communication and training opportunities to drive and promote an ethics and compliance culture;
- Innovate and imagine new ways to connect employees with ethics and compliance;
- Oversee the execution of global ethics and compliance education and awareness programs and projects;
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, communications professionals and key internal stakeholders;
- Contribute to aligning employee communications around risk topics (including health and safety, cybersecurity, etc.) to create a cohesive and engaging story;
- Ensure all ethics and compliance communications and training have a consistent tone and voice, meet brand standards and connect to the company’s objectives and priorities;
- Collaborate with the Corporate Internal Communications team to understand the broader business context and align ethics and compliance communications with the global communications strategy;
- Develop templates, processes and tools that support our goal of creating a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization;
- Coach team members and supporting them with development opportunities and hands-on guidance;
- Define key success metrics to ensure progress is tracked accurately, evaluating performance of executed initiative and making recommendations for improvement;
- Stay abreast of training, communication and compliance best practices.


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a bachelor degree and 8-10 years relevant working experience in the area of communications, change management or learning and development. A background in internal communications is an asset
- You are passionate about leadership, people, ethics and compliance and the impact good training and communications can have in supporting large-scale organizational changes;
- You have a good understanding of internal communications, change management and training principles and practices.
- You have experience managing multiple priorities and projects that required the buy-in and collaboration of a wide range of stakeholders.
- You are willing to balance leadership with hands-on approach;
- You are a strategic thinker who’s energized by change, proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented.
- You are a storyteller with strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to create compelling content.
- You are a visual person who understands how to showcase content to achieve maximum impact.
- You are a team player and network-builder who enjoys collaborating with others.
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French.
- You have good knowledge of design and presentation software and tools as well as MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Bonus Point for being familiar with SharePoint, Power BI or the Adobe Creative Suite.
