Collaborating with Functions leaders, the Head of Value Stream is accountable and responsible to align Functions & BIS Strategy, delivering end-to-end services & solutions. Leveraging capabilities and capacity with the core BIS functions teams, he/she continuously drive service improvements enabled by new technologies, cost optimisation (providing transparency), automation, constantly reviewing/challenging ways of working.

Overall, the role of Head of Operational Services and Effectiveness is accountable for driving effectiveness and performance across all end-to-end BIS services delivered by BIS and its supplier. Ensuring and facilitating working collaboration within and between BIS leaders and teams and its strategic suppliers to deliver on commitments and achieve common objectives. Finally, he/she will define, implement, and ensure adequate governance within BIS and with key suppliers.

In your role, you will:
- Act as a global change leader to promote transformation and transition within BIS and with the extended team (Suppliers)

- Develop partnership with external stakeholders/suppliers and drive performance to meet BIS commitments
- Manage multiple suppliers of services
- Develop, implement, and support BIS governance models
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor and govern delivery of end-to-end services
- Develop, improve, and consolidate operational reporting and prioritizes the related across ITIL process areas.
- Ensure proper execution fulfilling SLA, OLA requirements
- Govern the SLA/ OLA fulfilment and derive and run actions in case of deviation with supplier
- Lead and drive operational change and leverage technology enhancements, while improving overall performance levels
- Drive global partner and outsourced services delivery performance
- Provide an engaging environment to ensure success for all stakeholders
- Organize and prioritize strategies, critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient BIS decision making and continuous improvement operations
- Solve complex technology problems


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a strong IT background and significant service delivery and operational management experience.

- You have a university degree in Management or Computer Science
- You have 15 years of relevant experience
- You have strong negotiation and influencing skills applied in a complex global outsourced organization context
- You have experience with effective matrix and direct management
- You have strategy, governance, and planning experience
- You have operational services experience
- You have transition & transformation experience
- You have a solid understanding of Industry leading practices
