In your role, you will:

- Coordinate and improve supplier performance under your responsibility, including end to end supplier performance management: On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, change management and cost.
Support the development and implementation of department technical specifications, quality management systems and processes.

Monitor and report vendor, sub-contractor and supplier progress to ensure that they meet Bombardier Technical Publication specifications, quality requirements and customer commitments and develops escalation action plan for those not progressing as planned.

Plan and carry out vendor, supplier, sub-contractor audits to ensure that they have the systems in place to meet Bombardier quality standards and expectations.

Contribute to a continuous improvement culture, by developing and implementing enhancements based on lean manufacturing concepts.

Proactive make sure that the suppliers address our customer’s User Comments as per our customer’s and BA Technical Publication expectations

Assist and support the technical publications management team, by participating in the resolution of problems related to the various programs, in order to meet our commitments and our deliverables.

Prepare, implement, monitor and present the financial details of the budget related to the projects and programs concerned


As our ideal candidate,

You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Commerce, Business, IT or related field.

You have experience in aerospace customer support sector would be an asset.

You have minimum 5 years business experience with 3 years Supply Chain, Quality systems or project development. Supplier facing experience and acumen.

You plan, analytical and presentation skills.

You are effective communication skills (writing and verbal), English /French

You are effective teamwork skills.

You are highly organized, with strong ability to adapt to changing priorities.

You are effective problem solving and decision-making skills.

You have fluent with MS Office suite and good knowledge of Excel an asset.
