Our team: Our Global HR Operational Excellence team is made up of experts in different countries that provide quality services that are user friendly, helpful, and productive throughout the Life Cycle of our employees in order to foster their engagement and loyalty. As part of the leadership team, you will play an important role in managing complex global project as well as supporting the transformation and a culture shift of the team to become a first-class HR service provider. You will participate in the development of our marketing strategy to promote our team among the company.

In your role, you will:

- Lead large scale Shared Service projects and processes optimization that consistently improve overall customer experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams within Bombardier (HR, IT, Finance, Legal) to identify, implement and sustain Process optimization and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop detailed project plans and follow a robust project management process to ensure thoroughness of analysis and delivery of high-quality recommended solutions.
- Manage projects transition phase by coordinating between stakeholders, operations team and third-party vendors to ensure smooth transition of operations.
- Identify and manage potential project risks, adjusting timelines and flagging issues as they arise.

- Support the implement of Employee Central (Successfactor), in conjunction with the HR Information Systems team.
- Maintain effective internal controls over processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff performance and capabilities.

- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving among team members creating an environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.

- Monitor industry best practices and recommend improvements to continuously optimize operational efficiency and performance.

- Participate in the development of policies, procedures and strategic guidance.

- Support HR Operations shift in culture aligned to business strategy.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold 8 to 10 years of experience in a Global Shared Service organization.

- You have bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.

- You have proven experience in Project Management.

- You have knowledge in payroll will be an asset

- You demonstrate superior organizational and leadership skills and are comfortable in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

- You have advanced Microsoft Office skills and executive presentations.

- You hold strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
