In your role, you will:

• Work with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement a world-class customer experience that will strengthen the Bombardier, improve market perception, and drive new and repeat business through the use of innovative marketing solutions.
• Create and implement a strategic marketing plan to support the growth of Customer Services & Support.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns such as email, search engine marketing, social and cross-media advertising that incorporate strong analytical measurement capabilities and supports the growth and promotion of Bombardier Customer Services & Support.
• Support the execution of a creative social media and content strategy that supports the vision and strategy for Bombardier Customer Services & Support.
• Plan and execute marketing automation campaigns for Bombardier by conceptualizing, setting-up and delivering robust lead generation campaigns, based on in-depth knowledge of our customers.
• Evaluate campaign analytics to analyze KPIs, identify end-user patterns and make recommendations to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
• Promote continually our brands and educating internal collaborators on our branding strategy.
• Define communications KPIs, tracking their progress and making recommendations for improvement;
• Partner with other members of the Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs team to ensure plans are integrated across functions and aligned for the greatest possible impact;
• Serve as strategic advisor to subject matter experts to generate opportunities for appropriate media interactions while assisting in their understanding of and compliance with organizational messages, both on a day-to-day basis and at targeted industry events or airshows.
• Develop and disseminate marketing material: key messages, videos, brochures, factsheets, print and digital advertising campaigns, signage, direct mail pieces, etc.
• Optimize the mix of marketing & communications channels to achieve strategic objectives.
• Suggest innovative solutions to communicate with the industry’s core audience.
• Lead the governance for major marketing projects through, rigorous project management, regular meetings with different management levels of the Marketing and Customer Experience organizations.
• Provide branding guidance for industry events (invitations, show booth, videos, etc.).
• Allocate and monitoring budget according to the marketing & communications plans.


As our ideal candidate,

• You hold a university degree business, marketing, communications or in a related field.
• You have a minimum of eight years’ work experience within the marketing field.
• You are passionate about marketing, storytelling and creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• You are a self-starter who is capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
• You have the flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• You have strong customer orientation.
• You possess strong verbal and written communications skills with an ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• You demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills.
• You are bilingual (French and English) with excellent writing skills and communication skills in English.
• You have strong presentation skills and is comfortable presenting to all levels of an organization.
• You are proficiency using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered an asset.
• You have demonstrated initiative as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• You have experience dealing with large-scale change in a matrixed environment;
• You have amazing PowerPoint skills;
• You have a strategic mindset, you’re energized by change and driven by results and you’re proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented;
• You have a love for online communications with an aptitude for technology.
• You have the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, complex environment and adapt to changing stakeholder requirements, ambiguous situations or crises.
• You have a background in storytelling with strong writing skills that can fit a complex idea into a handful of words;
• You hold a passion for media, social media and any storytelling tools leaders employ in the public sphere;
• You have an in-depth understanding of social media principles and practices
