In your role, you will:

Act as point of contact with key stakeholders in respective business unit.

-
Control, evaluate and prioritize the Business Information Solutions demand in collaboration with Core functions and Business partners applying an end to end view

-
Initiate projects including effort estimation according to project management framework in coordination with other BIS departments and external partners as needed

-
Promote standardization, integration and foster innovation

-
Translate BIS needs into functional and technical requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements in alignment with Bombardier strategy, securing high quality standard

-
Develop an end to end understanding of business process and “Business Information Solutions" demand, vision and best practices

-
Support the development, validation and evaluation of the BIS architecture against requirements

-
Work closely with Enterprise Architecture team to gather and understand business requirements

-
Determine which technology can be used to solve a given business problem

-
Elaborate solutions in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Business solutions roadmap

-
Oversee domain change activities to ensure strategic alignment and stable operation

-
Integrate the business processes across projects in the delivery domain;

-
Drive the definition and implementation of end-to-end solutions to meet strategic goals considering the service roadmap

-
Integrate with other IT analysts, architects and application specialist and look for guidance from and have a willingness to support and guide other team members

-
Review and Confirm the Solution Design Package and approve solution documents

-
Define and monitoring of Key performance Indicator measuring the business impact, user adoption, ensuring high quality standard

-
Understand the key stakeholder interests and motivations and develop individual strategies to build support for the change, ensuring high quality standard

-
Drive implementation standardization, simplification and integration of processes/technologies according to the Core definitions considering the service roadmap

-
Ensure integration of IT services across functions supported by IT Applications and Infrastructure

-
Understand market trends and solutions, asses existing solutions against them and influence the roadmap

-
Provide mentoring for employees in assigned area to promote acquisition of functional and technical proficiency

-
Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate workload and make job assignments for employees in assigned area

-
Provide input for PMP/PDP evaluations of employees in assigned area and apprise employees of technical performance levels for day-to-day assignments

-
Support immediate supervisor, for example, cost-benefit analysis, apprise of potential personnel issues, and change management activities

-
Assist or develops budgetary projections, monitor expenditures, and reconcile expenditures for projects and sustained activities within assigned area

-
Monitor sustaining activities, projects, and levels of customer service (e.g., performance metrics) for assigned area and report status, issues, and risks to immediate supervisor on a scheduled basis

-
Provide technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting problems reported by end-user(s) for assigned area(s)

Oversee daily operations for assigned area(s)

Liaise between business units and other areas of IT in troubleshooting service, hardware, software, and/or telecommunication problems for assigned area(s)

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

You hold a university Degree in Management or Computer Science or equivalent

-
You have 10 years of relevant experience IT (After Market, Sales) and SAP

-
You have 5 years of relevant experience: in the field of Architecture, Applications / Business / IT Consulting / Aerospace ;

-
You have a professional designation and expertise in line of the area he/she is working for, and/or business process analysis certification, is an asset

-
You have strong leadership skills

-
You have strong analytical skills

-
You are highly structured and organized, Proficient planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize, assign, and coordinate workload of team members within a multiple project setting

-
You have good verbal and written communication skills

-
You have the ability to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
