In your role, you will:

Understand the key aspects of the Customer Experience aftermarket strategy with particular emphasis on program management activities

- Lead and/or support a strategic assessment of market needs to identify opportunities that are a strategic fit with company’s long-term goals

- Lead business case development as well as internal process to obtain corporate approvals

- Develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plans that maximize market impact

- Lead selected program implementations with particular focus value creation, change management, communication, and process deployment.

- Lead internal and/or external cross-functional project teams and stakeholders to execute projects until completion

- Resolve commercial or operational issues through fact-based problem solving and the development and execution of comprehensive action plans

- Support the process to obtain competitive and quality offers from suppliers and contractors as required for the selected programs

- Oversee the development and implementation of metrics, dash boards and other governance tools to create actionable data in order to drive decision making

- Establish and track to financial milestones, targets and all other relevant KPIs

- Provide regular governance to senior executives to drive decision making and to escalate major challenges and risk

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

You possess an Engineering or Business-related degree. MBA would be considered an asset

- You have 5+ years of relevant work experience. Aerospace experience will be considered an asset

- You have demonstrated experience in program and/or project management of cross-functional initiatives, leading with informal authority.

- You have demonstrated negotiation skills, able to effectively represent the business’ interests and achieve a desired solution

- You have a strategic mindset and ability to develop creative ideas/solutions by engaging the business, subject matter experts, and market intelligence to challenge the status quo

- You have strong analytical skills and business acumen – Able to transform ideas and concepts into numbers and business cases

- You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills – Comfortable in engaging external and internal stakeholders and presenting to all levels.

- You are highly structured and organized

- You are comfortable chairing and facilitating meetings with individuals at all levels as well as designing and running workshops

- You are a team player with a strong sense of initiative, responsibility and good judgment and willing to go above and beyond when the need arises

- You are a self-starter and can work independently as well as in a team
