In your role, you will:
Responsible to develop and maintain effective working relationships with Learjet suppliers as it pertains to the support of aircraft that are in-service. Represent internal and external customers in negotiations and resolution of conflicts or problems with suppliers.

Engage and hold suppliers accountable to contractual and operational commitments and address any commercial and contractual compliance requirements and gaps, including the application of contractual remedies.

Ensure the achievement of results in accordance with key performance indicator’s, balance scorecard objectives, and business transformation project plans.

Prepare oral and written presentations, and chair regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues and maintain strategic relationships.

Efficiently respond to ad hoc requests from various stakeholders to support the aftermarket supplier and material management business objectives and effective delivery model.

Represent ISSM in internal and external meetings with suppliers and all disciplines within Customer Support

Coordinate and negotiate Warranty labor and materials to provide visibility on VSB (Vendor Service Bulletin) progress with suppliers
-
Communicate concepts and requirements expected in the negotiated Contracts as required by Customer Support with the Sourcing organization
-
Negotiate and develop a logistic strategy with suppliers and implement a campaign for a specific in-service issues
-
Work closely with SP & G to collect and organize information to support supplier reviews
-
Support closure of top customer issues and support the NFF initiative
-
Support AE gold level requirements / qualifications

Participate in cross functional projects designed to improve reliability

Adhere to Bombardier General Work Rules
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You typically have a minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in a related field
-
You have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in related field
-
You have a basic understanding of purchase and boiler plate agreements with suppliers
-
You have effective negotiation skills
-
You have effective presentation skills with ability to conduct meetings at a professional level
-
You have strong communication and organizational skills
-
You have computer skills necessary to operate Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc) as well as e-mail and other software and web-based applications

You have basic SAP user skills
