Senior Advisor, Global Human Resources Analytics

Based in Montreal’s downtown Corporate Office, you will report to the Global Head of HR Operations. With recognized expertise, you will play a key role in Bombardier’s HR Transformation. You will help develop an agile HR analytics function that will integrate internal and external data, identify trends, integrate predictive analytics, and translate findings into recommendations for action for HR and business leaders.

In your role, you will be responsible to:

• Create, maintain, and ensures quality assurance of key HR data sets for the whole organization;

• Conduct data analysis (retrospective and predictive), summarize results, create and maintain management dashboards, prepare and deliver management presentations;

• Develop an in depth understanding of the Bombardier lines of business to ensure that the business has sight of employee metrics that will help drive their success. Lead a community of HR analytics focal points in the business sectors to have ongoing dialogue and connection with business needs and developments;

• Collaborate with many contributors across the businesses.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you:

• Have a Master's degree in business, computer science, statistics, or related discipline;

• Have more than eight years of relevant experience in HR data analytics, international experience would be an asset;

• Have strong analytical skills and have a relentless commitment to rigor;

• Have in-depth knowledge of data analysis and presentation software, as well as familiarity with HR information systems (providers, capabilities, data architecture);

• Are passionate about technology supporting a large-scale organization;

• Are focused on results and performance, able to multi-task within a highly demanding and continuously changing environment, proactive and solution-driven;

• Have strong business acumen, enjoy working cross-functionally and communicating with all levels of the organization (from working level to senior management);

• A team player who enjoys collaborating with teams across the world;

• Are a highly motivated person who sees this position as a great opportunity to develop skills and contribute to high-impact initiatives;

• Are curious and keeping yourself abreast of developments in the area of HR data analytics;

• Demonstrate complete discretion when dealing with highly confidential data;

• Possess excellent language skills in both spoken and written English and French. Other languages such as German and Spanish an asset.
