In your role, you will:

- Be responsible for technical work required for the acquisition of robotic cells used to manufacture and assemble aeronautical components

- Be responsible for the technical work required to improve the automated machine park - automated riveters, assembly robots and AFP robots

- Develop, optimize and implement machine functionality improvements including the implementation of new processes.

- Design test plans to improve processes and reduce production costs.

- Ensure smooth running of tests on shop floor

- Analyze technical data and production times

- Validate processes robustness and identify opportunities for improvement

- Communicate results using technical documents and presentations

- Develop and implement machine’s improvements including the implementation of new processes

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with different departments


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or automated production engineering

- You have experience with automated systems, including robotics (Kuka), vision and human-machine interfaces.

- You have a strong analytical mind are able to understand technical requirements to apply them to a manufacturing process.

- You are able to coordinate a multi-disciplinary team and have good communication and organizational skills

- You have an interest in aerostructure assembly processes

- You are passionate about achieving technological excellence

- You have experience in project management

- Programming notions (VB, C, ...) and robotics experience are an asset.

- Knowledge of Catia/Enovia and statistical process control is an asset.

- You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken

- You show rigor and concern for quality
