we are looking for a Junior Recruiter

Scope of the Role

The Junior Recruiter is responsible for dealing with incoming HR service requests from Managers, Recruiters, CoE, HR Business Partners and 3rd party stakeholders in our business Operations Centres. This involves opening positions, posting positions both on our internal career site and on other external career websites, organizing interviews with both internal and external candidates, organizing testing and reimbursements for candidates, as well as dealing with non-standard requests/ enquiries from all stakeholders.

The Junior Recruiter sets and agrees with the hiring managers the recruitment strategy, finalized in the Recruitment Kick Off document, plans the advertising campaigns, sources and selects candidates. This includes using recruitment databases, social networks, and employee referrals as well as placing adverts to attract candidates for Bombardier, conducting screening interviews by telephone, presenting a long list for each vacancy, and administering tests or assessment centres for shortlisted candidates. The Junior Recruiter can sustain face to face interviews.

Responsibilities

-Recruitment administration: dealing with all incoming recruitment service requests from Managers, Employees and HR Business Partners in our European business sites;

-Working with hiring managers, manage and co-ordinate the recruitment administration of open roles for the locations we support (job posting, testing, reimbursements and scheduling interviews);

-SAP / HR Connect data verification;

-Taleo candidates and position administration;

-Set up tests for candidates;

-Create job adverts and post jobs on the requested websites;

-Arrange interviews by matching both mangers’ and candidates’ availability;

-Make sure that the referral process is followed, verify data and ensure that the eligible employees are sent for payment every month;

-Ensuring that information provided is complete and accurate before updating records or processing requests.

-Process queries mostly related to the positions approved and governance of recruitment approval;

-Active involvement in implementation of end to end HR processes and process changes

Offer Management and pre-employment process management, including reference checks. Escalation of issues and ongoing manager and candidate communication point of contact.

Qualifications

- Education required: HR qualifications an advantage, but not prerequisite

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a relevant position.

- Foreign Languages: English at a proficiency level.

- Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and systems and hands-on experience with divers recruitment projects.

- Good general business understanding.

- Excellent time management and organizational ability.

- Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure.

- Excellent customer and interpersonal skills.
