Learning and Development Analyst with Swedish/Norwegian

Your Role:

You will be responsible for dealing with all incoming HR L&D requests from Managers, Employees and HR Business Partners in our business Operations Centres. This involves organising trainings, maintaining employees` training records, LMS data maintenance and escalating non-standard requests to relevant stakeholders for action.

Your Challenges:

- Receiving incoming L&D requests and processing these using the Case Management Tool and/or relevant HR systems

- Ensuring that the LMS systems (eHR/Sigal, BBA etc) are fully up to date with the recommended and agreed programmes

- Ensuring that information provided is complete and accurate before updating records or processing requests

- Managing the supplier PO raising process and recharges to the business

- Consolidating the feedback in standard reports

- Following the work instructions for the service/country relevant to the request and ensuring compliance with specific policies and procedures as required

- Forwarding requests with specific language/country requirements to the relevant colleagues as appropriate

- Run standard and ad hoc reports on request for customers and other HR SSO stakeholders

- Identify improvement opportunities and proactively suggest and/or support their implementation

- Provide support and guidance to users on the L&D specific tools

- Ensuring that all services delivered meet agreed time and quality requirements

- Ensuring that escalations and requests on hold are processed

- Ensuring effective communication and customer focused behaviour to enhance customer satisfaction requirements

- Taking part in customer satisfaction reviews and projects

- Participating in projects to improve / test processes, systems and standards to continuously improve service delivery

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor Degree, HR qualifications would represent an advantage, but not prerequisite
- Foreign Languages: English and German – at a proficient level
- Working experience: 0-3 years relevant experience
- Experience with CRM, SAP HR would be an advantage
