What does it take to be a Senior International Recruiter in Bombardier Transportation?

Experience: Previous experience in recruitment is required (3+ years), preferably on recruitment of technical positions. International recruiting experience is valuable, but not mandatory. You must be already familiar with sourcing methodologies and conducting competency-based interviews.
Languages: English – advanced level; any other language would be a plus.
Behavior and personal attributes: Strong relationship management skills and ability to interface with business leaders, drive for results, ability to handle change with ease, excellent time management skills, positive and proactive attitude.
Mind-set: You must be able to understand and visualize technical roles, open minded and multicultural sensitive.
