Purpose of the Role:

To assist the OPR Officer in ensuring all data are captured, analysed and attributed to the appropriate party, and to assist in ensuring BT’s commercial position is protected. Further, to assist in the development and implementation of performance improvements for the A&M Services teamAssist in the analysis and correction of performance data in the Maximo database, utilising this data to develop and distribute Daily and Monthly Reports.

Assist in the analysis and correction of performance data in the Maximo database, utilising this data to develop and distribute Daily and Monthly Reports.

Assist in communication to the A&M Services team to ensure they remain consistently compliant against the Project Deed in respect of performance

Represent Bombardier at the Daily Performance Meeting with a detailed understanding of fleet performance and rectification status as obtained from attendance of Failure Review Boards and following up key actions as directed by OPR Officer

Assist in compilation of monthly payment claims and Warranty claims.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

-
Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical discipline is desirable

-
Demonstrate a sound knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting and quality assurance methods.

Demonstrate proven Operational Performance, Asset Management experience in a similar environment (at least 4 years), preferably in a Rail Industry / Fleet Maintenance environment

Demonstrable experience of Performance Management and positive approach to continuous improvement.

Proven track record in working with performance metric challenges in terms of Reliability, Cost Management and Continuous Improvement.

Have worked with the commercial and legal aspects of contract administration and policy is desirable.

Good working knowledge of IT/IS systems in order to improve efficiency, effectiveness and the overall professional image of the Project
