In your role, you will
Support area operations through data entry, maintaining databases and files, and reports.
• Adhere to General Work Requirements
• Collate, log, file, and retrieve area forms and aircraft build records as well as maintain departmental files
• Perform data entry of data files and conduct record searches of area databases for departments, vendors, and multi-site investigations
• Enter discrepancies and corrective action for aircraft on word cards in an accurate and timely manner
• Must comply with all environmental health and safety policies and procedures including but not limited to Safety Manual Section 1225
As our ideal candidate
• You typically have a minimum of 1 year of general office experience
• You have typing skills necessary to type 40 wpm with an accuracy rate of 90%
• You have interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas, and vendors
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills
