As an Equipment Delivery
Project Manager, you will ensure flawless execution of sub-projects and drive
resolution of project issues under the overall ROQ Scope. The incumbent will
also be responsible for Quality, Time, Cost and to co-ordinate all RoQ
deliveries under overall top-level project in order to deliver scope as
contracted and within the budget while seeking for optimum cost improvements
and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with the project ore team on regional level and if needed with end customers with regards to project execution topics.
- Ensure that correct networks are established to other functions to support rapid resolution of any execution issues.
- Coordinate RoQ cope regarding Detailed Project Schedules, Overall Project Risk, Opportunity and Improvement Management, Change Management and Contractual Obligation Management, Budget monitoring, Project Reporting both status and financial performance.
- Implement the project management strategy, capability and culture throughout the project and supporting the increase of its effectiveness.
- Drive deployment and implementation of common standardized processes, tools and techniques for Project Management in order to positively impact the project performance and increase visibility, ensuring full understanding and adequate realization.
- Review the effort of the product / RoQ scope team members and to give guidance related to the project execution, as such will be involved in the PMP objective setting process for all RoQ product Project Managers.
- Ensure efficient level of governance is in place to have transparency across the project.
- Set priorities in case of resource conflicts between sub-projects.
- Support sub-projects in resolving execution issues within the right escalation process.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-
Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of experience in project management focusing on project development, follow-up, and complex products.

-
4+ years of leadership experience in Project Management, Bids, Sales, Contracts & Legal, Procurement, Engineering, or Operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

-
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or a related field

Experience working with international teams

-
Bilingual in Spanish or French
