Join us as a Human Resources Business Partner and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Plattsburgh, New York.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will work in partnership with the Human Resources Organization, to partner with leaders in all levels of the organization to provide support and consultation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Act as counselor and coach in Employee Relations issues for both manager and employee to ensure issues are resolved;
- Facilitate the Talent and Performance Management cycle;
- Develop and execute Human Resources projects from beginning to end;
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Create and execute Human Resources related project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
- Manage day to day operational aspects of a project and scope and minimize exposure and risk on project;
- Develop and deliver safety training as required.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or in a related field;
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in Human Resources;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel);
- Understanding of HSE management system principles;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
