Join us as a Project Planning and Performance Senior Expert and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in New York JFK Airport, New York.

As a Project Planning and Performance Senior Expert, you will be responsible for guiding the Project Planning team as well as the Project Core Team in the management of all planning, scheduling and progress control related aspects of the project in accordance with the Planning and Scheduling Process.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Be responsible for establishing and updating the Detailed Project Schedule (DPS) based on the contract and common objectives within the project;
- Be responsible for regularly monitoring critical paths of the schedule to identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation or recovery plans;
- Attend weekly meetings with customer;
- Lead meetings related to DPS topics within the Project Core Team and with other functions;
- Manage the effective communication of the current DPS to all relevant stakeholders;
- Submit monthly schedule update to the customer;
- Support Project Director during schedule discussions and negotiation;
- Support management with interim requests and projections;
- Regularly update the Project Controller with all progress or delays to the DPS to secure that implications to the EAC are monitored;
- Ensure that the Project Manager and Risk and Opportunity Manager are regularly updated with possible threats or opportunity derived from present or future deviations to the DPS.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree Engineering with business and commercial background;
- Five (5) years of experience in Project and Project Portfolio Management;
- Ten (10) years of experience in project planning;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Primavera;
- Experience in project controlling and reporting;
- Experience working in a multicultural environment;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
