In your role, you will:

- Provide local support and analysis for financial governance for the G7500 wing including learning curve, headcount and overhead expense reporting and analysis.

- Provide local Business Partner support to the G7500 wing leadership team in conjunction with the Finance Manager who is not 100% on-site

- Perform month end journal entries and accruals along with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.

- Perform monthly consolidation of wing unit cost and provide variance analysis

- Be responsible for account reconciliations for inventory and other accounts as required for the site

- Work in collaboration with Montreal and Toronto Global 7500 teams

- Support and drive the annual budget process and the quarterly forecast exercises

- Provide ad hoc analysis and reports as required to support program activities and management requirements

- Ensure compliance to required internal control procedures


As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.

- You hold an accounting title (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) or are in the process of obtaining it.

- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in finance or accounting.

- You are known to be autonomous and resourceful.

- You are a team player ready to support your colleagues.

- You are flexible in managing demands and can adapt to changing priorities.

- You work well under pressure.

- You have strong communication skills, both oral and written and can translate financial information for non-Finance individuals.

- You have strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Powerpoint.

- You have knowledge of SAP (preferred)
