In your role, you will:

• Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties: time studies, data management, and reports
• Assist with audits, updating methods processes and procedures, communication with internal customers, identifying and ordering parts and materials.
• Learn about Bombardier Aerospace Systems, Scheduling and Capacity Planning, factors influencing aircraft visit span times and intricacies involving aircraft work packages.
• Help create and maintain Department metrics and deliverables
• Review Engineering Documentation to assist with B.O.M. creation and work sequencing

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

• You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate degree (focus on Aviation, Business, Management or Engineering preferred)
• You have significant proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access)
• You have the availability to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (average 20-30 hours per week)
• You are able to demonstrate interpersonal skills and are a team player ready to support your colleagues.
• You are self-motivated and able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• You have strong organizational skill and attention to detail.
• You have strong communication skills: written and verbal, editing ability a plus
• You have excellent customer service skills
