About the role:

· Lead the PPM (Project Procurement Manager) team ensuring acquisition, development and management of talents. Manages the Performance (PMP), provides regular feedback. Enables and supports team members in daily activities.

· Drive excellence in Procurement activities, especially interfaces between bids/projects, engineering/operations and commodity procurement during bid phase and project execution.

· RRTS project is a crucial win for the continuation of Bombardier’s activities in India. Essential to deliver the project on time, in quality and within the budget not only to satisfy the end-customer but also to serve as a door opener for onboarding further projects for BT in the same territory. Therefore, PPM will play a substantial role in the success of the project execution.

· The position is Project Core Team and the interface between the project and the entire procurement network without buying directly. Act as interface with other functions. Ensure definition and successful execution of sourcing strategies, and manage procurement activities of the project till end of lifetime and manage EAC with more than 120Mn EUR for project (Service will be additional)

· Acts as interface in to support mitigation of Project Risk, Opportunity and Improvement meetings, Gate Reviews and claim review meetings. Follow-up material cost vs. budget on commodity and project level including potential risks and opportunities

· Continue to work with Engg and Bid team to participate in other RRTS projects (Balance Delhi volume) and others volumes within India

· Manage purchase contracts for the project & operations in scope. Manages regular reports on Open PO analysis and follow-up on closure. Represents PSC in Change Management Board and coordinates between Buyers and CFT to coordinate the change.

Managing Budget utilization on change. Oversees project specific Terms and Conditions for suppliers in accordance with customer’s and BT’s requirements and needs, negotiated by buyers with legal support. Supports on Data analysis to regular Material Cost Performance meetings with Project Management and Finance


Relevant experience required (i.e. directly linked to the requirements of the position/role)

• 10-15 years of experience in Procurement, combining Project Management, technical exposure and financial analysis and forecasting

Solid technical knowledge of the different systems and materials used in BT or very pronounced interest to acquire this knowledge
