Join us as a Risk and Opportunity Manager, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St-Bruno.

As a Risk and Opportunity Manager , you will be responsible for leading the Project Core Team in identifying, assessing and responding to risks, opportunities and improvements through all the life cycle of the contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Keep the ROP Database up to date with actions to eliminate risks and with actions to enhance opportunities;
- Perform continuous monitoring of the data in ROP and leading meetings with core team to review the ROP database;
- Support the Project Manager or Project Director in discussion of potential risks, opportunities or improvements that could impact the customer, parties of the financial health of the contract;
- Conduct workshops with external parties when appropriate;
- Secure that ROP database is in complete alignment with Change Manager and Project Financial Controller to secure the EAC is accurate.


Key requirements:

- You have five (5) to six (6) years of relevant experience;

- Experience either in Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Bids, Sales or Finance, experience in an international environment will be considered an asset

- Budget control, Financial and analytical skills

- Able to communicate at all organizational levels in English, French will be considered an asset

- PMP certification it’s an asset

- Primavera it’s an asset
