Based in St Bruno, Quebec, you will be a member of the Bid Core Team and the interface between Procurement and Supply Chain (PSC) and Bid Management. You will report to the Product Procurement Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating the PSC activities for your dedicated product and bid until Gate 0.

In your role you will:

- Mobilise the PSC organisation to define the product baseline in support of the PdPM;
- Establish the PSC strategy document with the selected building blocks, agreed sourcing strategies, selected suppliers and supplier maturity index;
- Develop the initial product cost structure through costing of building blocks;
- Work out cost reduction ideas together with commodity management and develop a cost reduction roadmap to contiously improve product cost and cBom;
- Be responsible to conduct a delta analysis between Product Definition (PSC/cBom) and Bid requirements (customer requirements/ITT) to identify deviations;
- Be responsible to assess the impacts on the PSC deliverables and feed the back to the PdPM and into the bid core team;
- Be responsible for preparing the PSC Inputs along the negative gates;
- Be responsible, together with the PdPM, for respresenting PSC in BT Gate Review Process and in PSC bid related governance processes;
- Be responsible to transfer the PSC as-sold inputs to the nominated PPM.


As our ideal candidate:

- You hold an Engineering or Commercial Degree with technical background, complemented by a demonstrated track record of success;
- You have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in Procurement, knowledge of BT procurement processes and tools;
- You own strong exposure and experience to Project Management or Finance;
- You own solid technical knowledge of building blocks, related cost drivers, supply base and improvement levers;
- You possess solid knowledge of Life cycle material cost, total cost of ownership (TCO) approach;
- You possess solid level in Microsoft Office Applications, e-mail application, solid working knowledge in ERP systems, e-procurement tools and web browser;
- You have excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken, Spanish intermediate (considered as an asset).
