Join us as a Vehicle Physical Integration Zone Leader, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St-Bruno ,Quebec.

As a Vehicle Physical Integration Zone Leader, you will have the overall technical responsibility and leadership over Product Family (PF) deliverables associated with the integration and installation of equipment in a VPII zone (Interior, Exterior or Cab).

Your responsibilities will include:

- Be responsible for the release of VPII deliverables that meet quality;
- Manage the outsourcing of specific engineering deliverables via work packages to off-site engineering resources in order to meet BCC targets;
- Hold internal and external design reviews with a focus on concept, functionality, maintainability, industrialization, standardization, re-use of standard building blocks, design to cost and compliance with processes and requirements;
- Assure compliance with global processes such as Design Gate Reviews, Gap and Flush, Change Management, Requirement Management;
- Prepare technical documents to support reviews with internal and external customers as well as suppliers.


Key requirements:

- You preferably have a University degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent;
- You possess four (4) to six (6) years of experience in integration design,and minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience;
- Leadership skills to influence other teams, achieving project milestones and interfacing with different departments;
- Excellent English and French communication skills, advanced both written and spoken.
