As an Organizational Learning team member, you will be instrumental in achieving our mission: We take the lead to develop our people to build the best aircraft in the industry.

In your role, you will:

- Liaise with Learning Business Partners to assess and prioritize training requests to ensure business timelines are met

- Partner with internal trainers to build schedules ensuring optimal use of class capacity, trainer time and cost
- Partner with external training suppliers to build cost effective schedules
- Organize all necessary logistics such as learning support materials and booking facilities and equipment
- Communicate with business stakeholders to ensure employees are aware of training events and schedules
- Process attendance data and update the Learning Management System with utmost data integrity
- Oversee and maintain in-house training facilities and necessary equipment
- Support special projects such as the implementation of a new Learning Management System

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a College diploma in office technology, business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a training coordination capacity.
- You possess exceptional organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work
- You have a “Quality First Time” mindset, are highly attentive to detail and resourceful
- You drive quality execution with utmost integrity and ethics
- You are an outstanding communicator, both written and verbal
- You have strong knowledge of learning management systems and high Microsoft Office proficiency
- You have an artful way of engaging your peers and site stakeholders, so they see you as a strong supporter in meeting their needs.
- You have foster teamwork by networking, discovering synergies and leveraging resources
- You meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules and demonstrating respect for others.
