Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides expert advice to leaders and employees regarding the interpretation and application of Collective Agreement(s), labour laws, and related Human Resources (HR) policies, programs and processes such as employee relations, reward and recognition, talent management, change management, absence management, organization design and team effectiveness. The incumbent takes a consultative approach and is recognised as a trusted advisor to front line management by leveraging their understanding of the business and translating these needs into creative solutions and strategies..

Key requirements:

- Bachelor/Master (Economics, Law, Psychology, Social sciences, Administration;
- You have five (5) or eight (8) years of relevant experience;
- Experience in HR and People Strategies;
- Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Taleo, People management software;
- International experience as required by the business (future) markets and footprint;
- Excellent English and French communication skills, advanced both written and spoken.
