Join us as a Materials Handler and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Waterloo, Ontario.

As a Materials Handler, you will handle the day-to-day functions of the stores department including receipt of materials and proper identification of goods delivered to ensure accuracy of orders.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Handle materials and compare to invoice documentation;
- Identify materials and assign the appropriate parts number and location for storage;
- Ensure that damaged materials are identified and processed for return to vendor;
- Pull materials to place into kit format and deliver to the designated production work site;
- Handle monthly cycle counts of inventory, identifying shortages and issues;
- Work with inventory and receiving personnel on correcting and reporting issues.


Key requirements:

- High School;
- One (1) year of experience;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
