TCMS Project Manager role in Västerås, Sweden


The TCMS Project Manager is responsible to execute developments projects and act within the boundaries of the approved Engineering Project Plan (EPP). To this effect, the Project Manager leads the Project Core Team in the successful completion of their assigned tasks within schedule, allocated budgets and scope to the required quality.
The Project Manager is responsible to apply the relevant processes and the applicable tools for the implementation, and is accountable for the strict and efficient application thereof. In addition should “lessons learnt” and best practises be applied and transferred to new projects.
The Project Manager has to ensure that all project team members have sufficient financial and reporting governance and to ensure all risks and opportunities are properly addressed and mitigated.


• Responsible for the Detailed Project Schedule, Progress Monitoring, Resource Allocation, Project Risk, Opportunity and Improvement Management, Change Management, Budget monitoring
• Monthly Program Reporting of status on Progress and Budget performance according to predefined Program Review Dashboard
• Set-up and establish the Project Core Team to meet the objectives as defined in the EPP.
• Set-up and manage regular reporting structures within the Project.
• Control and Monitor the project execution using established reporting methods and KPIs.
• Control the interfaces between the involved teams, including planning, progress, budget and quality checking.
• Ensure to have solid processes for change and configuration management, test and quality assurance.
• Responsible for adapting his/her leadership and motivational skills to the project, the team or individual's capabilities and knowledge, the time and tools available and the results desired.
• Develop “must do” strategies to increase team effectiveness.



• University Degree, M.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Working experience either in Project Management, Bids, Sales, Contracts & Legal, Procurement, Engineering or Operations
• Proven leadership performance (i.e. PMP, 360° feedback, EES results)
• International work experience
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills
• Open minded, results oriented
• English business fluent level is mandatory for this role
