For our Product Line Light Rail Vehicles (LRV) located in Vienna we are looking to recruit a flexible and motivated
Master Planner (m/w).
The Master Planner (m/w) is responsible to establish and maintain the sales and operations plan of the sites and the Master Production Schedule.
He/she participates at the creation and update of the high-level project manufacturing plan (document 1) for current and potential projects.

Main tasks:

• Establish and maintain the Master Production Schedule of the sites for which he/she is responsible for and also
the sales and operation plan (S&OP).
• Participate at the creation and update of the high level project manufacturing plan (document 1) for current and potential projects
• Communication of the strategic planning information to top management
• Establish the workload capacity plans of the sites to anticipate future workload adjustment needs
• Support production to create their budget in terms of hours and perform monthly follow up of plan vs actual hours
• Participate at kick off meetings on demand.
• Is one of the main interfaces between Operations and Supply Chain Management.
• Creates, controls, and updates the Master Production Schedule.
• Ensures the upload of MPS information into the ERP system
• If there is a significant gap between the MPS and the actual progress, the Master Planner and the Planner prepare an alternative solution/ scenarios in collaboration.
• Defines improvements and reductions on Production Work in Progress (PWIP), Throughput time and Resources
• Reporting: Workload capacity plans, BTRT data (TPT, workload), Workload charts for the supervisory board, Contract & Project overview Space capacity, PAP (production execution plan)
• He/she is highly focused on HSE and actively contributes to a safe and clean workplace environment (following the 5S principles), working according to the HSE policy.
• Ensures Planning processes are deployed consistently on sites


• Engineering degree, commercial degree with technical background (Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering)
• 1 – 3 years of experience in a relevant role
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing/operations value chain, planning of workload
• Solid knowledge of Operations Planning
• Solid Knowledge of planning tools, Primavera P6 mandatory, MS- Project a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
• Knowledge of VBA coding (desirable) (Excel, MS- Project)
• Standard MS business suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Risk assessment and mitigation
• High level of responsibility, reliability, customer orientation, structured and result-oriented approach
• Fluent in English and German

The minimum salary for this position is € 2.523,28 gross / month (14 x) for full-time employment
according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work
