The purpose and objective of this role is to support the Flight Test Team (FTT) for each program at BFTC. The tasks include tracking and providing visibility of cost, schedule, and project milestones for BFTC Project Management. As an intern we are not looking for a polished product, but we need someone who is willing and able to learn and work hard. The applicant must have a working knowledge of Microsoft software tools.

In your role, you will:

- Adhere to Bombardier general work requirements and become familiar with Bombardier Flight Test Center processes and practices

- Support record-keeping for financial tracking and project status

- Support development of tasks associated with planning, scheduling, and control

- Support development of metrics, trend-monitoring, and provide visibility for deviations to plan

- Support development and monitoring of risk management plans


As our ideal candidate,

- You must be a college Student enrolled in a Technical or Business-related program

- You must have working knowledge in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- You must have good verbal and written communication skills

- You have leadership ability with balance of self-confidence and humility

- You demonstrate perseverance and drive to follow tasks and actions through to completion

- You are self-driven with passion to learn about flight test and the aviation industry

- You have the ability to solve problems with desire to identify and drive challenging solutions

- You hav excellent teamwork skills

- You have strong organization & time management skills to support multiple tasks

- You have strong communication skills to ensure clear, consistent, and timely information sharing
