In your role, you will:

- Adhere to Bombardier General Work Rules

- Responsible for maintaining current Microsoft Access warranty databases and creating new databases/warranty tools for data processing and discovery of internal Bombardier material and labor recovery opportunities.

- Develop new methods for claim filing as new tools become available.

- Be responsible for data analysis and discovery of internal Bombardier material and labor recovery opportunities.

- Perform investigation relating to “leakages” of recovery dollars within Bombardier.

- Develop and educates internal departments on processes and Service Level Agreements to maximize Warranty recovery on both material and labor for all of Business Aircraft.

- Responsible for analysis to drive actions within Bombardier internal partners for improving vendor recovery

- Develop and monitor metrics / KPI’s of internal Bombardier partners

- Coordinate with the ISSM team on top Vendor recovery issues and KPI drivers

- Provide guidance, support and expertise to ISSM and all stakeholders on Vendor / Bombardier internal partners recovery performance

- Data analysis of purchase orders / notifications, core movements / ODC’s

- Develop processes and measurements to ensure consistency of data integrity from cross-functional teams

- Monitor supplier performance Aerospace wide and work with cross-functional teams to identify root cause and develop corrective action plans

- Lead coordination effort s of “spend to recovery” initiatives


As our ideal candidate,

- You typically have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of SAP data analysis within a Customer Service/ Material Logistics role with a focus on warranty analysis and material logistics

- You typically have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant aircraft industry experience, preferably in a program management / supply chain / technical role

- You possess strong communication, presentation and project management skills

- You typically have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of previous experience in product support, procurement, program / project management and material logistics

- You possess a 4 year Technical or Business degree or equivalent experience

- You Portray characteristics of leadership, perseverance, entrepreneurship and innovation skills

- You have the ability to communicate effectively with good presentation

- You have Project management skills

- You have the ability to travel extensively, both nationally and internationally

- You possess computer skills necessary to operate Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc) as well as e-mail and other software and web based applications.
