We are currently looking to recruit a Rolling Stock Equipment (ROQ) Program Planner (m/w) in Vienna/Austria. In this job you are responsible for consolidation of the project scheduling for all projects within Drives and Mechanical Engineering Vienna as a Project Core Team member.

Your Tasks

• Consolidate the scheduling process related to the RoQ Projects on site Vienna including the inputs of the RoQ Platforms
• Definition and proposal of scheduling strategies to ensure Quality, Time, Cost (Q/T/C) targets within the respective projects
• Provide resource and workload planning including Order Projects, Bids, R&D and Warranty
• Manage the set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous monitoring of Q/T/C status versus the baseline and develop actions to continuously improve
• Contribution within the international Planner’s team to continuous improvements of the Planning process


• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• Work experience of minimum 1-2 years in Engineering or Project Management regarding project execution

• Basic understanding of project execution, preferred railway business knowledge

• Knowledge of planning tools, like Primavera P6 (preferred), or MS Project, and standard MS business suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Fluent English and German

• High level of responsibility, customer orientation, structured and result-oriented approach

The minimum salary for this position is € 2.487,61 gross / month (14 x) for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.
