What are your contributions to the team?
• Monitor and resolve freight payment exceptions (rate mismatches, duplicates, missing data).
• Investigate discrepancies using shipment details and rate information; coordinate with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Review invoices for accuracy (linehaul, fuel, accessorials) and support transportation issue resolution.
• Track exceptions, maintain documentation, and report trends and root causes.
• Contribute to and help drive process improvements; support execution of projects and cross-functional initiatives.
How to thrive in this role?
- You bring a minimum of two (2+) years of hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service within a professional environment.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail, along with solid problem-solving and organizational skills, and are able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You have practical experience working with Excel and business systems such as TMS, SAP, or similar platforms.
- You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across teams.

You have exposure to freight billing, transportation operations, or carrier coordination, with an understanding of the shipment lifecycle and associated charges.

You have intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and a working knowledge of data analysis concepts.

You have experience supporting or contributing to projects, process improvements, or cross-functional initiatives.
