What are your contributions to the team?

  • Participate in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Provide compensation analyses and recommendations to support talent attraction, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct market analyses and participate in compensation surveys to assess Bombardier's competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of salary structures and job evaluation programs.
  • Participate in the governance of compensation programs and the development of related policies and guidelines.
  • Support the development of communication materials that promote understanding of the organization's compensation programs.
  • Participate in the administration of Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans and related participant communications.
  • Prepare various reports related to compensation programs and employee share purchase plans.
  • Contribute to the preparation of documentation for senior leadership, the Board of Directors' Human Resources and Compensation Committee, and the Management Proxy Circular.
  • Support strategic projects aimed at the continuous improvement of compensation programs, processes, and tools.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • You have between two (2) and ten (10) years of relevant compensation experience gained in a consulting firm, corporate head office, or multinational organization.
  • You have experience supporting compensation programs in Canada, the United States, and ideally in an international environment.
  • You have participated in the design or administration of sales compensation plans and long-term incentive (LTI) programs.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and can translate complex data into meaningful insight and actionable recommendations.
  • You are recognized for your rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • You demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • You are fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
