What are your contributions to the team?

 

  • Event planning, execution & brand consistency
    - Plan and deliver Bombardier events (corporate, sales, aftermarket) and client experiences.
    - Coordinate end-to-end logistics with high attention to detail.
    - Apply brand standards across all event touchpoints.
    - Track milestones and flag schedule impacts.
    - Adapt quickly and resolve issues

 

  •  Communications, invitations & attendee management
    - Serve as communications point of contact; support attendees.
    - Share logistics (hotel, transport, agenda, contacts).
    - Host pre-event employee briefings (as needed).
    - Prepare and send attendee info packs.
    - Build invitations, RSVP pages and registrations.

 

  • Governance, project management & reporting
    - Lead governance meetings with stakeholders (as needed).
    - Maintain project plans and workback schedules in the PM tool.
    - Track actions/deliverables; flag risks.
    - Provide weekly status updates.

 

  • Budgeting & financial administration
    - Build and track event budgets.
    - Process invoices; reconcile expenses and cards.
    - Escalate and justify budget variances.

 

  • Supplier & partner management
    - Source and manage suppliers and partners.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have experience supporting events at the executive leadership level.
  • You have 2 to 5 years of relevant event management experience.
  • You hold a university degree in Marketing or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • You have the ability to work independently, think strategically, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • You have proven experience managing multiple projects, remaining composed in a fast-paced environment, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • You have the passion and enthusiasm to motivate teams and drive successful outcomes.
  • You have the ability to set clear objectives, monitor progress, and report on results effectively.
  • You have a proactive mindset, bring creativity to your work, and thrive on new challenges.
  • You have a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop your skills.
  • You have the ability to lift up to 20 lbs and are comfortable walking or standing for extended periods.
  • You have the flexibility to travel frequently (15-25%), both domestically and internationally.
