What are your contributions to the team?

  • Drive cross-functional coordination across all SAP workstreams to ensure alignment and delivery of project milestones.
  • Support the definition, validation, and governance of end-to-end business processes, ensuring consistency, standardization, and process integrity across functional areas.
  • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs related to process performance, testing progress, data readiness, and business adoption to track readiness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-stream workshops with Business Process Owners, SMEs, and project teams to align on requirements, resolve gaps, and drive decision-making.
  • Coordinate security and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements, system design, and regulatory constraints (e.g., access, SoD).
  • Support planning and execution of all testing phases (SIT, UAT), ensuring end-to-end validation of business processes and timely resolution of defects.
  • Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across business and project teams, managing dependencies, risks, and integration points between streams.
  • Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities, ensuring operational continuity and rapid issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with project leadership, functional teams, IT, data, security, and change management teams to ensure successful delivery of the SAP implementation.
  • Deliver agreed-upon outputs aligned with project milestones, including process documentation, testing readiness, KPI reporting, and workshop outcomes.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in SAP implementations, or large-scale transformation programs within a complex organization.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or 15 years’ experience, in lieu of a degree.
  • You have strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, finance) and understand the impact of process integration across functions.
  • You have demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • You have experience defining and monitoring KPIs to track process performance, testing progress, and business readiness.
  • You are highly skilled in facilitating workshops, driving alignment, and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and process inefficiencies.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment with evolving priorities and tight timelines.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and are able to translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for both business and technical teams.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong focus on ensuring process integrity and successful delivery.
  • You are eager to contribute to a large-scale transformation and have a strong interest in driving business adoption and operational success
