What are your contributions to the team?
• Perform quality reviews, write reports, raise requests for supplier action and follow up ;
• Perform technical audits, onsite internal and external customer reviews as required:
• Perform FAI,
• Quality Assurance tasks, (Audits, TC related issues, assure compliance to the BQM, QMS
• Put in place corrective actions and follow up with suppliers;
• Represent QACC on New business projects and new Bombardier programs.
• And not limited to the above
How to thrive in this role?
• University or college level degree in a technical domain, or 5 years of comparable work experience;
• Project management skills;
• Knowledge of quality management system notions, AS9100 organizations and processes
• Change management skills;
• Experience in problem resolution techniques;
• Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French);
• Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint
• 15-20 % mobility (travel)
Also considered as assets:
• Experience in wiring or electrical (manufacturing, Methods…..)
• Experience with SAP
• Systems, process or product auditing;
• Experience with supplier interventions Internal and external;
• Work experience as a team leader with excellent negotiation skills
