What are your contributions to the team?
• Support the integration of new technologies.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new technologies with a view to updating processes and equipment.
• Conduct internal technical investigations.
• Support the inspection team in addressing day-to-day challenges.
• Perform trend analysis and recommend improvements.
• Actively participate in change management activities when requirements are updated.
• Lead and facilitate quality-related problem-solving activities.
• Prepare monthly quality presentations for production sector review meetings.
• Serve as a key resource during internal and external audits.
• Advise and support management on quality-related technical knowledge and expertise.
• Act as the focal point for the interpretation of documentation.
How to thrive in this role?
• Ideally, you have completed a technical diploma or equivalent training combined with experience in the aerospace industry.
• You have 5 to 8 years of relevant aerospace experience (quality experience is considered an asset).
• You have experience with project management principles and tools (an asset).
• Your values and vision align with the company's philosophy.
• You are proficient in both French and English.
• You are comfortable working in a team environment.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills.
• You demonstrate influence and leadership abilities.
