What are your contributions to the team?
• Support the integration of new technologies.
• Identify opportunities to acquire and implement new technologies to modernize processes and equipment.
• Conduct internal technical investigations.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to the inspection team in resolving operational challenges.
• Analyze performance trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Actively participate in change management activities related to updates in requirements and standards.
• Lead and facilitate quality-related problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
• Prepare monthly quality presentations for production sector review meetings.
• Serve as a key resource during internal and external audits.
• Advise and support management on technical quality-related matters.
• Act as the focal point for the interpretation and application of technical documentation and requirements.
How to thrive in this role?
• Hold a technical diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the aerospace industry.
• Possess 5 to 8 years of relevant aerospace experience. Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management is considered an asset.
• Have experience with project management principles and tools (asset).
• Demonstrate values and a vision aligned with the company’s culture and philosophy.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Exhibit leadership, influence, and the ability to drive positive outcomes.
• Be capable of managing multiple priorities and performing effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
